| We will arrange a
visit to your site for a full consultation.
There is no charge for this initial visit. It
will be used to gain a full understanding of
your needs and to get a feel for the style and
period of your property and its surrounding
area. |

| Surveying the site . . . |
| |
| After the initial consultation, if you wish to
use our design service we will then arrange for a
second visit during which we will take detailed
measurements and conduct a full survey of the site to
include boundaries, existing features, soil
conditions, outlook, orientation, etc. This will
enable us to prepare a scale drawing of the existing
area. A ten per cent deposit would be payable at
this time. |

| Creating the design . . . |

| Once we have created the initial design
proposals we will then arrange to meet with you to
discuss any amendments or necessary changes you may
have to the suggested design. Once you are happy
with the design concept, we will then create a full
coloured scale plan. A further visit will then be
made to present the finished drawings to you. The
balance of any outstanding monies would be payable
at this time. |

| How much will it cost ? |

| We will send you a written quotation of the
design costs based on the size of the project and
the design service that is required. For example, a
full coloured design plan for an average sized plot
of 10 X 10 metres will cost approximately £200. |

| We provide a full design and build survey from
the initial concept to detailed plans with a scale
drawing. |

mowing, hedges trimmed and plants pruned. |
